The U.S Secretary of Defense Mark Esper made a statement recently through his verified Twitter handle on the issue of Iran killing a top U.S Army General and Ambassador.

He said, “As recent events reflect, we have the strongest, most capable military in the world. Our fighting force is prepared to meet & overcome threats from malign actors, including Iran & its proxy militias. We remain committed to our strategic priorities in the Middle East & worldwide.”

America is not taking this threat lightly as in 2011, Iranian operatives tried to kill the Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the U.S in a Washington restaurant but didn’t succeed.
